My experience was exceptional. I was delighted to be served by Aaron, who works behind the bar. I have not received this level of service from a restaurant in many years. He is approachable, attentive, and clearly demonstrates genuine respect for his guests.

Fabulous! Not only was the food good, but the staff was friendly, knowledgeable of the menu and were well trained in working in high end service. All servers worked well together. Overall atmosphere was nice and cozy in a small venue with high ceilings and kiva fireplace. Food presentation exceeded any expectation with taste to match. We had the lobster bisque and beef wellington appetizers followed up by the elk and tiramisu. Excellent specialty drinks, too, with decorative floral garnishings.

Very attentive welcoming and overall service from front to support and wait staff and sommelier. We had veal and tenderloin beef cooked to perfection - Indulged in a 2015 Châteauneuf-du-Pape to celebrate our 10-year anniversary. The Compound is a must for romantics and friends. We will return for more casual dinners as they offer smaller delectable and affordable plates for the food explorers in Santa Fe.

Incredible food, wonderful atmosphere and fantastic service with every detail taken to ensure the most special experience! Having traveled the world for food and choosing to come back to Geronimo's every time we are in Santa Fe says a lot about the consistency and attention to excellence. With Michelin coming to the Southwest, we hope they highly consider Geronimo's!

Top 10 meal we've had in our lives, which says a lot as we travel domestically and internationally 10-20 times per year. Service was great as well. Tuna app was incredible, what a presentation and way to mix flavor profiles. Also had the special heirloom tomato bisque with lobster. So great. Rack of lamb was fantastic. Apple dessert was very creative. Can't recommend this place enough. Make a reservation way ahead of time.

This place is outstanding. Service is spot on - professional and prompt but not overbearing. Food lives up to the reputation and the beef and Elk tenderloin ordered were perfectly cooked. We will have to go back for dessert, we simply did not have room for it after appetizer, mains, and sides.

From the moment we walked in, the restaurant manager made us feel genuinely welcome. She was impeccably dressed, warm, and professional--the kind of presence that elevates the entire dining experience. Her knowledge of the restaurant’s history and her sincere passion for hospitality shined through in every interaction. Having spent many years in the restaurant business myself, I can say without hesitation: if I could have cloned and hired her back in my days, I absolutely would have! She’s a rare gem and a true credit to the establishment. Our only small (minor) quibble was being seated in the entry area, which was just a touch drafty despite the restaurant’s generous use of heaters. However, we were especially pleased to have the last seat in the house on short notice. That minor detail aside, everything else about the evening was simply exceptional! Liam was an outstanding waiter, blending warmth, grace, knowledge and genuine attentiveness. His thoughtful guidance through the menu — particularly with our allergy considerations — set the tone for a truly memorable experience. We began with a Bourbon Bramble and a French Martini, both beautifully balanced and expertly crafted. For appetizers, the chef’s special lobster ravioli was exquisite — silky pasta, sweet lobster, and a refined sauce in perfect harmony. The roasted beet salad was vibrant and impeccably composed, a must for anyone who appreciates the quiet elegance of seasonal root vegetables. For our mains, the elk tenderloin was exquisite — tender, flavorful, and absolutely deserving of a featured place on the menu. The beef tenderloin was equally sensational, cooked to a perfect medium rare with just the right touch of smoke. And the potato terrine accompaniment was a work of art — delicate, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth scrumptious. Dessert was the perfect finale. The flourless chocolate cake, paired with a chocolate sorbet substitution to accommodate lactose intolerance, was rich, velvety, and beautifully balanced — indulgent without being heavy. The Apple Pastry Magic truly lived up to its name: a delicate shell with a surprise inside that was nothing short of enchanting. Gluten-free (without the crumble) and bursting with layered flavors, it was whimsical, elegant, and utterly unforgettable. This was a 5 star evening -- elevated cuisine, exceptional service, and thoughtful touches throughout. We look forward to returning soon!

The whole staff was attentive and the other patrons were very friendly. Drinks, make it a double, food...chef's kiss (literally)!! Pics don't do it justice, you have to try the food yourself. If you want to know the feeling of melt in your mouth and savor, this is the place.
